Proposed revisions to the ASH Bylaws

At its October 1, 2007 meeting, the ASH Board of Directors approved a set of proposed revisions to the ASH Bylaws that were subsequently distributed to the ASH Membership on January 14th, 2008, for its review and approval. Those proposed revisions were approved at the Wednesday February 20, 2008 Special Meeting of the ASH Membership that was held in New York City at the Roosevelt Hotel. Elections USA reported that of the 236 proxies received, 226 proxies were in favor of approving the proposed Amendments to the ASH Bylaws; 10 were not in favor of approving the proposed Amendments to the ASH Bylaws.
