Becoming an ASH Fellow

Current ASH Members meeting criteria for either of the two (2) pathways below are eligible to submit an application to become a Fellow of the American Society of Hypertension. The application process--either the Investigator Pathway or the Clinical Pathway-- involves submission of information regarding professional scientific and clinical achievements, scholarship, and significant contributions to the field of hypertension and cardiovascular health and recommendations from two (2) current ASH Fellows. Completed Application Form
Two (2) Statements of Support from current ASH Fellows
Membership in ASH for the past three (3) years
Attendance at ASH Annual Scientific Meetings for at least two (2) out of the last four (4) meetings
Primary or Secondary Board Certification
Designated Hypertension Specialist
Application fee of $150.00
