2010 Heart of Gold Honoree

The American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association’s Heart of Gold Award is bestowed annually to a member of the Central Massachusetts’ community who has enhanced the quality of life. The Award will be presented at the Central MA Heart and Stroke Ball on February 6, 2010 at Mechanics Hall.

Dr. Phillips has played a significant role in advancing the mission of the American Heart Association and meets the following criteria:

Has a commitment to the American Heart Association’s mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke
Is a highly recognized and respected leader in the Central MA community
Is committed to involving employees, colleagues, family and friends to get involved with the American Heart Association
Supports all local American Heart Association fundraising and mission related initiatives
